Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival → Pinnawala → Kandy
Land at Colombo International Airport. Transfer to Kandy. En route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a renowned sanctuary caring for orphaned elephants, with feeding sessions and river bathing. On arrival in Kandy, witness a traditional Sri Lankan Cultural Show (show time 5 pm). Check-in and relax. Overnight in Kandy.
Kandy City Tour → Bentota
After breakfast, Kandy city tour including the Temple of the Tooth Relic (sacred Buddhist temple housing Buddha's tooth relic, surrounded by Kandy Lake and historic royal architecture). Visit Hanuman Temple in Ramboda, honouring the monkey god from the Ramayana with panoramic mountain views. Transfer to Bentota. Check-in. Overnight in Bentota.
Bentota
After breakfast, visit Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project, learn about sea turtle conservation, observe hatchlings, and participate in releasing turtles into the ocean. Attend Madhu River Boat Ride, a serene boat safari along Madhu River observing mangroves, diverse birds, and wildlife. Optional: Water sports, Jet ski, Banana ride, Sofa ride. Overnight in Bentota.
Bentota → Colombo
After breakfast, transfer to Colombo. City tour including shopping at local markets, cultural landmarks, street food, and souvenir hunting. Check in to hotel. Dinner at Lotus Tower, Sri Lanka's tallest structure with panoramic city views. Overnight in Colombo.
Colombo → Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport for departure.
